    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, earlier on the Attorney-General made a very good statement that there are no exceptions and the Government will give no exceptions. Is the Attorney-General not aware they gave a specific exception in respect of another Member of Parliament for whom an arrest of warrant was already issued and he was to go to court? An exception was made that he makes an apology instead. Could the Attorney- General tell us for a fact that in this case no exceptions will be made?"
