    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I hope that the Minister is able to multi-task, so that as he talks with his colleagues, he is able to listen to what I am saying because the matter is very serious. In the Statement, I would like the Minister to address the following issues:- (i) Outline to the nation the genesis of the violence which also led to the attack of one Mr. Owino at Tuskys Supermarket in Kisumu Town and state the action that the police took subsequent to this attack. (ii) Clarify whether the attack on Stephen Midhialo also known as Mada in Nairobi during the football match between Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards is associated with the ongoing violence in Kisumu and explain why Mr. Mada was arraigned in court this morning at 5.50 a.m. (iii) Clarify whether the violence in Kisumu has been fueled by a politician from Nairobi and if so, provide details. (iv) Explain to the House how the Ministry has employed dialogue and peace building in the City in the wake of escalating violence. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
