    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also rise to support the Bill before the House and to congratulate my good friend, Katoo ole Metito, for being appointed to a very critical docket. I wish him all the best and we pledge our support. I also want to thank hon. Abdikadir and the team of colleagues from the Muslim Community who built consensus to facilitate consultations between the Muslim Community which had very serious and genuine concerns about this Bill and the Ministry. I am very pleased that we are no longer talking about shelving this Bill but seeing how we can improve on it through amendments. I think that was a very positive development. This is because the old adage says; “prevention is better than cure.”"
