"content": "Our neighbour Somalia, where we are trying to restore some sanity, has become a breeding ground for Al Shabaab. Some of us, a few weeks ago almost ended up being victims in Mogadishu because of these elements who are very heartless. Just a few days ago, this country survived a serious terrorist attack and one of the terrorist confessed. In this case, I want to hail the Judiciary for convicting the self- confessed terrorist to 59 years in jail. It is long overdue that we have this law in place. I want to thank my Muslim brothers, after lengthy consultations, for agreeing to support the Bill with some minimal amendments as proposed."
