    "content": "I want to start by saying that on behalf of the Muslim community, we condemn terrorism and terrorist activities. When we come here or when we raise some issues, we do not do so because Muslims are criminals. They are not criminals. What we raise are the interests of the whole nation and we consider our Constitution. For any Bill that comes to the House, we need to see whether it conforms to the spirit and letter of the Constitution. There are some clauses in this Bill that contradict our Constitution. An example is Clause 19 about disclosure of information. This clause contradicts Article 33 of the Constitution on freedom of expression. These are things that we want to bring on board, so that we can carry everybody on board. We do not want any terrorist activity to be in our country, or elsewhere in the world.
