    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are issues we deal with them in a technical manner. Where a pump breaks down, we have got to repair it and get workers to work. We have also tried to bring cohesiveness within the farmers. Some of them do farming while others do not do farming. Mr. Speaker, Sir, there was a Question yesterday about 3,000 acres of land that the hon. Member wants divided among farmers. This is a very tricky matter because we need to involve the Provincial Administration. So, I would urge the hon. Member to ask a direct question instead of going round in circles, so that I can answer him accordingly."
