    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that I have not said what the Government will do because with the first crop that we put in 2009, we actually harvested close to 6,000 bags of maize. The failure by the Exchequer not to allocate money to buy the maize from the farmers resulted in a lot of waste. I was very sorry for the farmers. So, at that time, the problem was not inadequate supply of water. The farmers had done their work. Therefore, it is the responsibility of another Ministry to make sure that farmers are catered for."
