"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Member of Parliament to note that there are two issues here. There is the first issue of assault which we are dealing with as a crime against the victim. When the constitutional court has made its ruling - hopefully tomorrow because this matter will be in court tomorrow - we shall take appropriate action. Regarding the second issue of being sent on compulsory leave or even attempts to terminate her services at Shelter Afrique, this is an issue between an employee and the employer. This is a labour issue. It is not an issue that we can help. If, for example, she feels that there is unfairness in the way she has been sent on compulsory leave or her services brought to a halt, then there are other relevant organs of the Government that she can present her case to."
