    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that, that was the indication he gave me; that he would be willing to give me more time. But he also has the right to change his mind given the nature of this Question. The hon. Member has said that this is a very important Question and I agree with him. The issues raised here are so fundamental and serious that when we address the House and the nation, we need to give very comprehensive and definite answers that are not going to change later. That will involve meeting with stakeholders like IEBC so that we can get the details, especially on the details of BVR, the time lines and other issues. It will be in the interest of the nation if we are given time so that we can give an answer that will satisfy this House and the nation at large once and for all."
