Is the Minister in order to mislead the House that what Mr. Sirat is raising is the effect of the disaster of environmental degradation in Daadab Camp in Lagdera Constituency? This is a serious problem. It has far reaching effects to the neighbouring constituency of Fafi and the host community. The disaster is also happening in the neighbouring constituency of Wajir South. Is he in order, therefore, to avoid the possibility of Wajir South District not becoming a host community which is equally affected? I just want to ask the Minister that when he is speaking to the UNHCR to consider Wajir South Constituency because it is affected by the problem of degradation of environment just like the neighbouring districts."
