    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not recall apportioning blame to my colleague. Indeed, I gave credit that they have done a lot in terms of the refurbishment of the roads, that is why the contribution to accidents as a result of the condition of the roads is only 5 per cent while 84 per cent is as a result of human behavior. I will be liaising with my colleagues within the wider Government to see the roads in their plan. I am aware that there are plans to do roads within those areas, especially those connecting the road from Kitale to the very north. Obviously, some of the roads money that we have allocated to the constituencies could go into improvement of roads in those areas."
