    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I actually directed this issue to you because of situations which have been occurring. Hon. Members have not been able to access Parliament Buildings freely because demonstrators have been blocking the entrance. The Speaker who was on the Chair then asked the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security to address the issue by coming up with a Ministerial Statement. Therefore, I want to thank him for the Ministerial Statement that he has issued."
