    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not think I have a choice. But it is important to note that this Ministerial Statement was about the disappearance of a matatu operator in Gatundu. I asked for this Statement on 30th August. The first time it came, Mr. Kimunya the Minister sitting here today did undertake to communicate to Minister Haji. The following time it came, Minister Beth Mugo did the same thing. So, I hope this time the Minister will be able to come and tell the House the whereabouts of this young man and whether security will be enhanced in Gatundu."
