"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, two weeks ago the Speaker deferred a Question that I had brought to this House in relation to the failure by the Department of Personnel Management in the Ministry of State for Public Service to honour a circular that was increasing the salaries of police officers. When the matter was canvassed in this House, it was found that, that Question would be best answered by the Prime Minister. I seek your guidance because I think it is the right time that the Prime Minister came and addressed this matter. This is because the matter was referred to him by the Speaker. I want an indication when this can be done."
