    "content": "(Mr. ole Metito): Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (c) by deleting the words “or for the benefit of a terrorist group or a member of a terrorist group” and substituting therefor the following words- “that person to commit an offence under this Act”. This is to isolate Clause (c) from the provisions of (a) and (b)."
