    "content": "THAT Clause 32 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following- (b) the twenty-four hours ends outside ordinary court hours or on a day that is not an ordinary court day. This is to ensure conformity with the Constitution which prescribes the circumstances under which a suspect may be held for more than the normal 24 hours."
