    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I believe that our boys and girls in Somalia will now feel more energized as they fight terror out there, especially after seeing the backing at home. I would like to thank hon. Members. The journey has taken long since 2004, I believe, when we started on this matter. This House has now laid it to rest or set the foundation for further improvements in the fight against terror. I want to thank especially the Chairman, hon. Kapondi, the Ministry and all the people who have participated in actualizing this Bill."
