    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You realize the murmuring of hon. Members in the House. The Minister is attempting to use tricks and the English language to run away from responsibility. The House cannot allow the Minister to get away with this. Normally, Ministers come with supplementary information as they do understand the Question the same way this Minister does not understand this particular Question. I urge you to find the Minister out of order and ask him to go and bring an answer. We are all aware of cases where the CBK has been paying money to lawyers. So, really, it is not good to allow the Minister to get away with this thing simply by citing use of the words “inordinate” and “colossal”. Who allows the Government to lose any amount of money even if it is Kshs10? Really, I urge you to find the Minister out of order and ask him to go and get prepared."
