    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to confirm that where hon. Ababu has been giving Mr. Ruto legal counsel, I have also been giving him psycho-socio counsel. Indeed, the hon. Member has asked a very pertinent question that when a young person commits suicide, you cannot reverse this. This is a life lost. So, it would be important for the Minister to put stop-gap measures in dealing with that. However, what can the Minister state in terms of development of a policy that will be mainstreamed in every Government Ministry and department to deal with cases of psycho-socio support to youth given the challenges that the youth face? This is because many Ministries do not know how to deal with young people who face challenges."
