"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with you but when you are carrying out an adjudication exercise in an area, and there is only one district, it sometimes causes the whole exercise to come to a standstill. We had actually requested for funds for these two particular areas. So, when the exercise was stopped in one area, we were supposed to go back to the drawing board, so that we could request for money for Kaseku settlement area. His Question was about Kwa Drek and Kaseku settlement areas. That is why I am saying that, because of the court order, we had to stop the exercise. However, we can still pursue the matter in respect of the area he is talking about. I even mentioned this to the Questioner last time we were out there, that we were trying to separate the area in respect of which there is a court injunction, so that the other area can be pursued."
