    "content": "(Mr. ole Metito): Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 107, this House orders that the Publication Period of the Elections (Amendment) Bill (Bill No. 58 of 2012) be reduced from 14 to 5 days. This is due to the urgency of this Bill. We wish that it be brought to the Floor of the House as early as possible. I kindly wish to ask Mr. Namwamba to second."
