Under the circumstances I direct that the relevant committee summons the Assistant Minister, because of the magnitude of the amount of money that is essentially being lost by Kenyans, as soon as possible. The Departmental Committee on Agriculture should summon the Assistant Minister for him to be able to make this exhaustive presentation before it and then the committee can report back to the House."
