    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I seek the indulgence of the Chair on a Ministerial Statement I sought on 30th August regarding the disappearance of a matatu operator in Gatundu. This matter has come to the House many times. As at yesterday, the body of this man was found in Thika Mortuary yet the Minister has not even had a chance of knowing what is going on. I seek that, if he is to bring this Ministerial Statement tomorrow; he should tell us what he is doing to arrest the situation."
