    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 89 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “registered” appearing in subparagraph (i) of paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the word “accredited” (b) in sub-clause (2) by inserting the following new sub- paragraphs in paragraph (d) – (v) one person with experience in banking, accounting, economics or insurance matters; (vi) one person nominated by the Law Society of Kenya. (c) in sub-clause (3) by inserting the words “by the Cabinet Secretary in consultation with the Committee” at the end of the sub-clause."
