    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to congratulate hon. Baiya’s Committee for a job well done. I would like to support the Bill and state that there ought to be an amendment to the National Cohesion and Integration Act. It is in the duality of giving the NCIC the job of both investigating and participating in cohesion that makes them not have the necessary teeth to bite. It also inhibits how much the NCIC can move in terms of making prosecutions. I think the NCIC is doing a very good job in terms of cohesion work but where they have not proved the point is in terms of prosecuting hate speech which is left to the Director of Public Prosecutions. I want to see some work done on this."
