    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to second the Third Reading of this Bill, and to also take this opportunity to thank hon. Midiwo for the efforts he has put in to ensure that consumers are protected. I also want to thank the House for the efforts that have been put in to bring this matter to a conclusion. We hope that with the implementation of this Bill, we will start having the awareness creation about the protection that consumers need in terms of ensuring that they get fair value for what they purchase; the industry out there will become far much more observant of what needs to be done. I second."
