Members to look at Clause 36, which prescribes disclosure of interest for the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) employees and any person working for or on behalf of the Council. This aspect is not addressed in the current Act. If these persons have an interest of whatever nature, they have to disclose it, failing which they are committing an offence. Clause 40 prescribes that aiding or abetting, inducing, inciting or acting in a manner that facilitates the commission of an offence, under the Act, constitutes an offence.
