Indeed, there was a Ministerial Statement that was made by the Minister previously in which he preferred the matter to be dealt with by a parliamentary committee. There are ongoing consultations on the ground involving religious leaders and several clans. We think we will not achieve much by proceeding to answer the Question. It may compromise what we have already started doing on the ground. We do not want another Tana Delta situation."
