    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister for releasing Kshs7 million to every constituency. He has said that he released Kshs7 million in the first quarter of the financial year. In a year, there are four quarters, which means that the annual allocation for each constituency is Kshs28 million. However, in his response, he said that each constituency will receive Kshs15.7 million. Last year, each constituency received over Kshs20 million. Why is there a reduction from Kshs20 million to Kshs15 million per constituency in this financial year?"
