    "content": "What our troops have found in Somalia is distressing. There is no infrastructure in that country. There are no schools and health centers. So, the task of reconstructing Somalia is enormous and it requires concerted international efforts. It is far beyond the means of this country, much as we may have the goodwill to do so. That is why this matter has been discussed at several international conferences, including the UN General Assembly last week. We can see that the signs are positive. I want to particularly recognize the role that has been played by the Government of Turkey. They decided to be forthcoming in support of the Government in Mogadishu by, for example, helping to reconstruct the airport and the road from the airport, and those within the country. This is in order to restore some of the devastated infrastructure. That was a positive effort. Other countries are now gradually coming in.
