    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wanted to pick it up from there. Dr. Khalwale asked what this Commission does. I wanted to say last week or a few days ago, they were in Tana River. The whole team was there apparently on a fact-finding mission. They have not written their report but they were on a fact-finding mission. The National Commission for Integration and Cohesion has already gone to do work there. This is replication of duties. More importantly, I want to make this point; I made it also when the Minister was moving something related to this in a Bill here. If the interest of this Commission is to make their report known to the world, nothing stops them. Nothing stops them from making a simple application to the High Court to request for the report to be public. Then it will be all over in the internet. I do not see what it is that they want to do and why they must sit again. There is no justification for the money that they are being paid, the allowances they seek and the nice hotels they are going to just to write a report. That is not acceptable.
