    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the Motion. It is important that we give this Commission time to complete their report and reconcile this country. This is the first time that we are having a truth and reconciliation commission. It is something new. They are still on learning curve. There is nobody with a monopoly of knowledge. So, let us give them more time. If you look at members of the Commission, they are people of integrity, who are highly respected by this country. Let us give them more time. This is simply procedural. Let us approve this procedural Motion, so that we go to the main one."
