    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first of all, I would want to say that, indeed, hon. Kabogo has done his constituents proud for having done an excellent job of tracing the whereabouts of the lady and the contacts which the Ministry could use to get in touch with where she is staying. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the ambassador who has really been working tirelessly--- He is somebody who has tried his level best for the simple reason that these cases are very many. On some occasions, it has been very difficult to trace where somebody is once they are in trouble. But I can assure this House that what the ambassador said was that he will make sure that he follows the visa application documents which he had not gotten yesterday from the Ministry of Immigration in Jeddah and he says that he will trace that with the Government officials so that he can then trace it to the person who actually issued that visa. Secondly, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to say that the statement by hon. Kabogo as to whether there are employees within the Ministry who are corruptly receiving money for sending individuals to go to Saudi Arabia after the ban--- I have also heard these rumours, but I do not have anything substantive that I would actually use to qualify that allegation."
