Is he aware that increase of street children in Nakuru and many other urban centres was as a result of post-election violence which led to the issue of IDPs? Is he working with the Ministry of State for Special Programmes and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Local Government because the issue of street children involves these Ministries?"
