I am also aware that between Inaya and Sabatia, there are stacks of gravel that have not been spread out by the contractor. (b) Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to reassure the Member that, that road project has not been canceled nor abandoned by the contractor. Actually, Kshs328,687,955.09 has been paid to the contractor and the road is expected to be completed by December 2013."
