    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that members of the Land Dispute Tribunal in Wote, Kathonzweni, Nguu, Matiliku and Mbitini Divisions in Makueni Constituency have not been gazetted since 2008, hence there is no justification for payment of sitting allowance. However, I have instructed tribunals to be constituted in line with the new administrative boundaries. (b)The Ministry has not gazette Land Dispute Tribunals in the above divisions since 2008 and hence cannot table the list of members and amounts owed. (c) All the accumulated allowances owed to the members of the larger Makueni prior to 2008 were paid in the 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 financial year."
