These tribunals perform very important quasi -judicial duties in administration of land disputes. However, he has not constituted them for that long period. Could he state the reasons why he has not constituted them? Is he satisfied that there is no role for them to perform in land administration board, Makueni Constituency, and the larger Makueni County?"
