    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it seems there are no long-term plans in this country to ensure that Kenyans get water. I say this because we have destroyed all water resource areas and water catchment areas. If the hon. Member remembers, when we were growing up, we used to see rivers flowing everywhere in this country, but now most of them have dried up. So, we will continue looking for water from underground. We do not know as yet whether we have water underground; the future of water in this country is very bleak."
