    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, after our letter dated 7th July, 2008, instructing these committees to be constituted, most divisions in this particular district have now been upgraded to district status thus complicating the issues. For instance, Kathonzweni is now a district in which Kathonzweni Land District Tribunal falls under. Nguu, Matiliku and Mbitini Land District Tribunals fall within Nzau District while Wote is within the larger Makueni District. As of now, we have actually instructed the land officer to liaise with the Makueni District Commissioner to ensure that these tribunals have been constituted."
