Kajwang’, did intimate to me that he felt that this answer which he had been given by the Ministry was not satisfactory to be given to this House. He cited bullet 3 which Mr. Baya has just read out to us as to why Kenyans are being asked to state the reason why they are entering into their own country. The Minister felt he needed to have a better answer. I have looked at this answer and it has been signed on his behalf. Therefore, I want the Assistant Minister to tell us whether he would want to consult with the Minister so that they can give this House a useful answer."
