    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Minister consider upping the allocation or requesting for an allocation of, at least, Kshs8 billion per year in view of the fact that the people of Bonchari will increase from 110 to about 140 elderly people being assisted, if we were to follow the current budget request? I am sure that all Parliamentarians will support it because there is no point of increasing from 100 to 140. We will still have the same problem. I urge that the Minister requests for a bigger budget allocation, which Parliament will support."
