    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as a matter of fact, you will have over 200 beneficiaries and I do not know how the hon. Member is calculating it. However, I am hoping to work very closely with the Budget Committee and the Committee on Social Welfare in Parliament, which has really done a tremendous job. That is why we had the increment of Kshs500 million. We are hoping that in the next financial year we should have, at least, another Kshs1 billion. If we have that, then certainly we will have up to 500 beneficiaries in all the constituencies."
