Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to continue saying that these land tribunals have not been gazetted because there has been a change in the status of the divisions? There will be no change in the case of Makueni or even Kathonzweni Land Tribunal because the land and the area remains the same where these land boards will operate in? Is he in order to continue saying that the delay has been occasioned by change in administrative boundaries?"
