    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek your indulgence on a matter that was referred to a Joint Committee of Finance, Trade and Planning, and the Committee on Implementation, to deal with the issue of re-opening of Charterhouse Bank. The Joint Committee was directed to complete its work within 14 days and present its Report to the House today. Unfortunately, although we have made tremendous progress, we have not been able to call some of the main players in that particular line. Therefore, the Joint Committee is requesting that it be given an extension of about 10 other days from today, to complete its works because key players like the Governor of the Central Bank (CBK) has to appear before it, so that it can bring its findings to the House. We seek you indulgence, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
