    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 9 be amended by inserting the following new sub clauses immediately after sub clause (2)- (3) The procedure for resettlement of internally displaced persons and the standards applicable to such resettlement shall be as prescribed. (4) In formulating the durable solutions under this section, the Government shall ensure that consultation is made with the internally displaced persons."
