    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 12 be amended- (a) in sub clause (2) by deleting the word “incorporated” and substituting therefor the word “unincorporated”; (b) in sub clause (3)- (i) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (i)- (ia) the chairperson of the National Lands Commission. (ii) by deleting the words “civil society” appearing in paragraph (ii) and substituting therefor the words “non State actors”;"
