    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting the long title and substituting therefor the following new long title- “An Act of Parliament to make provision for the prevention, protection and provision of assistance to internally displaced persons and affected communities and give effect to the Great Lakes Protocol on the Protection and Assistance to internally displaced Persons, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on internally displacement and for connected purposes”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the effect of this is just to ensure that we put emphasis on prevention and also that the host communities that are increasingly playing a bigger role on resettlement are recognized."
