    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, whereas I see the rationale for doing this, what the Committee is proposing is to extend the exemption period. At the moment, it is three years and they want to extend it to five years. This is really not necessary. Again, in our view, three years is adequate because it requires keeping of records and audit. If we extend the period, then we may have challenges in audit. We have all seen the danger that when you set a specific timeline, that timeline is not met and there is no sanction, it becomes pointless. I wish the Committee could withdraw the amendment, because three years is adequate period."
