    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, to conclude, because I know a lot of my colleagues want to contribute, the area is also home to the Elemi tribe. Most Kenyans know that this is a volatile area; it has a disputed border between Kenya, Ethiopia and the Sudan. Traditional resources will diminish because we get water from River Omo. We get floods and they create grazing area. Also, they create crops. So, if we are not careful, we will create shortage of food and water. We will have no power, because the wind power will not be there any more; we will create a total ecological disaster."
