    "content": "3) Upon an assessment under this section, the Authority shall, within reasonable time, convey its findings to the insurer and the person licensed under this Act on whom an assessment has been carried out. (iv) by deleting subsection (4). I, hereby, confirm that I have shared by proposal of the amendment with the Minister for Finance."
